Dawn Song is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley. Her research interest lies in AI and deep learning, security and privacy, and block chain. She is the recipient of various awards including the MacArthur Fellowship, the Guggenheim Fellowship, the NSF CAREER Award, the Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship, the MIT Technology Review TR-35 Award, ACM SIGSAC Outstanding Innovation Award, and Test-of-Time Awards and Best Paper Awards from t o p  conferences in Computer Security and Deep Learning. She is an ACM Fellow and an IEEE Fellow. She is ranked the most cited scholar in computer security (AMiner Award). She obtained her Ph.D. degree from UC Berkeley. She is also a serial entrepreneur and has been named on the Female Founder 100 List by Inc. and Wired25 List of Innovators.

陈恂博士是翼方健数(Basebit)公司的联合创始人和董事长。翼方健数公司致力于隐私计算技术的开发和商业化。陈博士也是管理千亿美元专注投资新兴技术产业的软银愿景基金的管理合伙人，负责中国业务。陈博士在其职业生涯中一直是一位科技企业的 领 导 者 与 投 资 者。他联合创办并引领银湖亚洲多年，此外还曾创办了多家科技公司。他目前还担任美国应用材料公司独立董事，同时也是一个旨在促进中国科学发展的非盈利组织--未来论坛，的理事之一。陈恂博士在中国出生、成长并接受教育，精通英文和中文。他曾代表中国参加在德国举办的国际物理奥林匹克竞赛，并获得银牌。他曾就读于北京大学物理系并在斯坦福大学获得电子工程博士学位。

Dr. Eric Chen is the Co-founder and Chairman of BaseBit Technologies, a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of privacy computing technology. Dr. Chen is also Managing Partner of SoftBank Vision Fund, the world’s largest technology investment fund. He is in charge of the business & operations of SoftBank Vision Fund in China. Dr. Chen has been a technology entrepreneur and investor throughout his career. He co-founded and led Silver Lake Asia for a number of years, and co-founded and ran several technology startups. Currently he serves as an independent board member of Applied Materials. He is also co-founder of Future Forum, a nonprofit aiming at promoting science in China. Dr. Chen was born, bred and educated in China. He is a bilingual in both Chinese and English. He represented China to attend the International Physical Olympiad held in Germany and won the silver medal. He studied Physics at Peking University and received Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

朱民博士目前任清华大学国家金融研究院院长，也是世界经济论坛董事会执行董事。朱民博士于2011年7月至2016年7月担任国际货币基金组织副总裁。此前，他曾担任中国人民银行副行长和中国银行副行长。他也曾在世界银行工作，并在约翰﹒霍普金斯大学和复旦大学讲授经济学。

Dr. Min Zhu is currently Chairman of the National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the World Economic Forum. Dr. Zhu was Deputy Managing Director at IMF from July 2011 to July 2016. Before that, he served as Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China. Prior to his service at China’s central bank, he worked as Group Executive Vice President in Bank of China. Dr. Zhu also worked at the World Bank and taught economics at both Johns Hopkins University and Fudan University.
